The Yearlong Hero’s Journey

Creating lasting change is not just about achieving short-term goals; it’s about fundamentally shifting how you relate to yourself, others, and the world around you. Within a yearlong coaching container, you have the unique opportunity to embark on this profound journey, where deep, sustainable transformation becomes possible.

We live in a world that puts speed and efficiency on a pedestal. But when it comes to healing and becoming we need to take our fucking time.

Seriously.

  • 1. Building Trust and Safety

Establishing a strong coaching relationship takes time. A yearlong commitment fosters trust and safety, enabling you to feel secure in sharing your experiences, vulnerabilities, and aspirations. This safe environment is essential for meaningful growth and healing.

  • 2. Sustained Support
Life is full of ups and downs, and having consistent support throughout the year allows you to navigate challenges as they arise. This sustained connection ensures you have someone to guide you, celebrate your successes, and help you overcome obstacles.

  • 3. Deepening Insights
Long-term engagement provides the opportunity to uncover patterns and insights that may not surface in shorter coaching periods. As you progress, we can explore deeper layers of your experiences, facilitating profound self-discovery and understanding.

  • 4. Accountability and Motivation
A yearlong container creates a structure for accountability, encouraging you to stay committed to your goals. Regular check-ins help maintain momentum, ensuring you stay focused and motivated on your path of growth.

  • 5. Integration of Practices
Transformational practices, such as breathwork and emotional regulation techniques, take time to integrate fully into your life. A yearlong commitment allows for consistent practice, helping you internalize these tools and make lasting changes.

  • 6. Holistic Development
Personal growth is multifaceted, involving emotional, mental, and relational aspects. Working together over a year provides the opportunity to address all these dimensions, fostering a well-rounded approach to your overall well-being.

  • 7. Celebrating Milestones
A yearlong journey allows us to celebrate your milestones and progress along the way. Recognizing your achievements, no matter how small, is vital for building confidence and reinforcing your commitment to growth.

  • 8. Transitioning to Independence
As the year progresses, the goal is to empower you to continue your journey independently. By the end of our time together, you’ll have a toolkit of strategies, insights, and practices that you can draw upon long after our sessions conclude, ensuring that your growth continues beyond the coaching relationship.

  • 9. Putting it all Together
Creating lasting change is a deeply personal and transformative process that thrives within the supportive framework of a yearlong coaching container. By committing to this journey, you are investing in yourself, your relationships, and your future, paving the way for a more fulfilling and authentic life.

3 Main Pillars of The Hero’s Journey

Owning the Narrative

Creating a more beautiful world starts with you. Your story matters. Together we can live into an empowering narrative that leaves a lasting impact, not only in your own life but in your community and the generations yet to come.

Breathwork

As you engage with your breath, you will begin to nurture empathy—first for yourself and then for those around you. This transformation will enrich your relationships, enabling deeper connections and fostering a sense of belonging within your community. You’ll rebuild trust in yourself, creating a foundation that supports your growth.

The Reparenting Process

Reparenting is a transformative process that not only aids individual healing but also profoundly impacts our relationships, particularly in romantic partnerships and close friendships. Many of us struggle with true self-regulation and co-regulation because these skills were often not modeled for us by our caregivers. This gap creates patterns rooted in multigenerational trauma, where understanding our needs and offering empathy—both to ourselves and others—becomes challenging.

“ I really want to work with you, but a year is a very long time that feels unrealistic, unreasonable, and inconvenient for my lifestyle.”

This is a common concern and I want to address it early. A year can feel like a significant commitment, and I completely understand if that seems inconvenient for your lifestyle. However, I’ve found that shorter coaching blocks, with an expectation for deep personal transformation, can often be unrealistic when dealing with wounds that many of us have carried for decades—or even generations.

Life is inherently unpredictable, and while I offer a year-long coaching commitment, I know that weekly meetings may not always be feasible due to illness, vacations, or simply needing a break. It’s perfectly normal to take time off, and I actually encourage it! If you ever need to step away for a few weeks or even months, we can certainly accommodate that.

During these breaks, I’m happy to provide check-ins at no additional cost, if you find them helpful. I’ve successfully worked with clients over 3, 4, or even 5 years who juggle demanding lives as parents, business professionals, and more. My approach is highly flexible and accommodating, ensuring that coaching remains a supportive element in your life—something you genuinely look forward to, rather than an added stress.

If you're ready to embark on your coaching journey, I invite you to schedule a consultation. During our initial conversation, we’ll discuss your goals, explore how my approach aligns with your needs, and determine the best path forward for your growth and transformation.

  • Great question! I typically ask my clients to set aside at least 60 minutes for our sessions. However, I personally block off 90 to 120 minutes to ensure we have ample time to dive deep when needed. I don’t charge by the hour or count minutes, because your transformation is what matters most!

I will even help you find something that works better for you and offer other recommendations. With all my heart, I really want you to to be happy, even if its not working with me.
